Before a recent trip to Kiev, the capital city of the Ukraine, I had a hard time finding travel guides and pictures about the Eastern European destination. Located right on the Dnieper River, the historic city of Kiev far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend getting a translator/city guide to show you around especially if you don't speak any Russian or Ukrainian.
