Ahh-mazing indoor pools from Tablet Hotels - Top 10 list. My favorites from the list are the Burj Al Arab in Dubai for the vivid colors and detailed tiling and the Traders Hotel in Kuala Lumpur for the city views!

Ice Amsterdam Video - Frozen Canals 2012

Check out this video on the recent canal freeze in Amsterdam. Wish I was there to whip out some skates and partake in the fun!

Also, too bad the mythical Eleven Cities race, Elfstedentocht, that stretches 125 miles in the northern Netherlands will not be happening this year. Authorities recently announced the ice is too thin in some spots. It would have been the first time the Dutch could race in 15 years! Maybe next year...

 

 

MUJI store

MUJI is a fun little store I came across in Europe. They have simple travel, office, and home essentials along with crafty goods that use the best materials with environmental consideration. MUJI is IKEA-esque with personal, functional goods - no furniture.

And, here are some product highlights. The press out airplane is a great project for kids (or adults!), and they have a London taxi press out too that's really sleek. Took me a good 2 hours to put it together, ha. Then, the cityscape stands can liven up your desk landscape.
